Jonathan was promot, polite, and answered all my questions when we requested quotes to replace my original installed furnace with a new furnace and a/c. Jonathan was very easy to talk to.. After getting other quotes we decided to go with Jobon Heating and Air. They scheduled the install within a week after the decision. Jonathan and his crew came on time, spent time answering questions and explained what they were going to do. Spent the day working without any issues, answering questions , discussing options and showed me everything he was doing without making me feel like I was in his way. Looking forward to working with them if anything arises or during regular maintenance.

My AC stopped cooling in the middle of the hottest weekend this year. Out of 5 people I called, only Jonon helped me during the weekend. My capacitor was dead and they replaced it with a temp unit so the AC will be operational during the hit weekend. The next day they came back with a new capacitor and that was the end of it. I was very happy about the response time, being here on time for both visits, quality of work, explanations on site and for taking the extra effort to help during the weekend.
